Treehouse is a child safe organisation

Treehouse is committed to being a child safe organisation and creating an environment where children feel respected, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential

At Treehouse, we exist for one purpose - to provide safe, stable, and nurturing homes for children and young people who need them most. As a provider of residential out of home care, we are deeply committed to creating environments where every child feels valued, respected, and heard.

Being a Child Safe Organisation is not just a compliance measure, it’s a reflection of our culture, our values, and our promise. We uphold the highest standards of care and protection, guided by the NSW Child Safe Standards, the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act, and the Code of Practice for Designated Agencies. Every decision we make puts the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of children at the centre.

We actively empower young people in our care to participate in decisions that affect their lives. Their voices shape the way we deliver support, train our staff, and grow as an organisation. Our dedicated team, from our therapeutic carers to our board , share this responsibility with great care and pride.

We are committed to continuous improvement, transparency, and deep collaboration with families, communities, and government partners. Together, we are building more than homes, we’re building trust, opportunity, and hope for every child entrusted to us.
